The Process: The same as the Basic Service
The Result: Every week you will receive a detailed names list which includes name, company name, title and phone number of every candidate we identify as a potential candidate for your search. You will also receive all candidate's names, contact information, full detailed profiles and a resumes (if available) of candidate that are qualified for any of the positions and each candidate is guaranteed to be interested in having a phone interview with either the recruiter or hiring manager fro your company. Each 80 hours of this service typically produces about 10 candidate profiles that are qualified and interestedand another 40-60 candidates that were identified but for one reason or another did not turn into qualified and interested candidates. That is less than $200 per candidate!
