How long has HTC been around?
A: HTC was formed in 1995. We started out providing passive candidate
name generation. We then began offering candidate profiling services
in 1997. In 2003, we began a new service Candidate Pipeline Development™,
which is a turnkey staffing/sourcing solution.
What is your expertise?
A: Our researchers are master generalists. Our research process
allows us to be successful for most any position in most any industry.
As long as the candidates have a phone and are making more than
$50,000 a year, our research team can help you.
Why should I use research over contingency or retained
search?
A: You can save money. We charge a fraction of what agencies charge
to identify, and screen candidates. We provide candidate pipeline
for your positions. You can hire 1, 2,10 or more, and it will not
cost any more. Therefore, you cost per hire will go down.
B.Generally, we can find and qualify candidates more quickly, thereby
reducing your time to fill as well.
Do you only provide passive candidates?
For our Name Generation Services since we don't speak to the candiate
directly we have no idea what their interst level is but with Profiling
or Candidate Pipeline Development we venture to identify any candidate
that is qualified as per the minimum requirements of the job and
interested in speaking with our client. Whether they were a Passive,
Active, Semi-Passive candidate at the time we first called them
doesn't really matter to us as long as they are actively seeking
to phone interview with my client at the end of the call.
Can you provide metrics tracking and reporting?
Yes, We are metrics maniacs. Our ATS allows us to track just about
anything. Currently our Candidate Pipeline Development(TM) service
provide 4 major reports to support our efforts for our clients.
Those reports are 1. Candidate Disposition Report
2. Weekly Activity Report 3. Weekly
Summary of all Projects and 4. Target Analysis
Report. Custom reports are available upon request depending on the
clients' needs.
Is your team familiar with any ATS's?
Yes, many of our client over the years have given us direct access
to their ATS so that we can update and add new candidates on our
own. Name and ATS and we most likely have used it, RecruitMAX -
Vurv, Taleo, Icarian, Resumix, Bullhorn just to name a few. Additionally,
Jeff Weidner evaluate new software products all the time to give
feedback on improvements etc.
