Name Generation: HTC assigns a Name Generation Research Associate to work specifically on a single Client project. HTC will provide a list of targeted candidates from the specified target companies. Each candidate will have the following information: Candidate Name, Company Name, Candidate Title, Phone Numbers, and email address (if available). Pricing starts as low as $65 per hour or $50 per name

Candidate Profiling: HTC assigns a Name Generation Research Associate to work specifically on a single Client project. HTC will provide a list of targeted candidates from the specified target companies. Each candidate will have the following information: Candidate Name, Company Name, Candidate Title, Phone Numbers, and email address (if available). As the list of potential candidates is obtained, HTC will assign those candidates to be called by an HTC Profiling Associate. We provide the Client with the candidate name, full detailed profile and resume (if available), of the candidates that have been pre-screened to meet the minimum qualifications. These candidates will be pre-screen to meet those minimum qualifications and will confirm that they are interested in hearing about a specific job opportunity at the Client. An HTC Project Manager is also available to assist in scheduling interviews and with any follow-up calls to the candidate. Pricing starts as low as $75 per hr or $750 per candidate..

Candidate Pipeline Development™: You will receive weekly updates on all of the candidates that have been identified for your projects. We will provide you with the profiles of all the candidates we speak with and the outcome of that conversation. You will have complete access to all of our research for the position; every conversation note, message and profile will be yours so you can effectively gauge the progress of our search efforts. We provide the Client with the candidate name, full detailed profile and resume (if available), of all candidates that have been pre-screened whether or not they meet the minimum qualifications. Pricing starts as low as $85 per hr or $65 for long term contracts
Included Metrics reports;
1. Candidate Disposition Report – Gives status of all candidates submitted to the Client, their feedback and where the candidate is in their process.
2. Weekly Activity Report – Lists HTC Statuses and Activities of all candidates on all projects and summarizes them in one weekly updated spreadsheet.
3. Project Summary Report – List of all projects HTC is currently working on for the Client, a priority listing and status of Resolved/Unresolved Names, Profiles and Status Dates.
4. Target Analysis Report – List of targets for each project and an analysis of candidates obtained from each and their summarized statuses. Outlines the number of identified, qualified, not qualified, not interested and not qualified candidates from each target on each job.
