7. Gotmarketing.com USAGE RULES (as of 4/29/03)
The User represents, warrants, covenants that use of the Services
will only be in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable
laws.
With regard to email campaigns, the User specifically agrees not
to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email, for commercial or non-commercial
purposes. Unsolicited bulk email is defined as email sent to more
than 10 individuals without their permission. See GotMarketing's
Anti-Spam policy.
- Use the services for any unlawful purposes.
- Harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress, unwanted attention
or discomfort to a person or entity.
- Send, submit, or publish any sexually explicit images or material
that is grossly offensive to the Web community including blatant
expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity or any other
images or material deemed by GotMarketing to be offensive.
- Send, submit or publish any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive,
obscene, profane, or threatening material which is racially or
ethnically offensive or which infringes upon the right of any
third party, as determined by GotMarketing.
- Encourage the use of any controlled substance, transmission
of material, information or software in violation of any local,
state or federal law.
- Impersonate any person, including but not limited to, an official
of GotMarketing or an information provider, or communicate under
a false name or a name that the User is not entitled or authorized
to use.
- Upload, post or reproduce in any manner any material protected
by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner.
Send content that promotes or provides instructional information
about illegal activities, or promoting physical harm or injury
against any group or individual.
- Send content that contains links to web pages that contains
nudity, sex, pornography, tasteless images, foul language, hate
propaganda, anything illegal, illegal software, serial numbers
for unlocking software, mail fraud, pyramid schemes or is otherwise
insulting to another person(s).

Personal Information
HTC Research Corp collects personal information from users on a
voluntary basis only through our newsletter subscription area. If
you do not wish to provide us with your personal information do
not subscribe to the newsletter and do not send us a resume. We do not sell our users' personal
information, to anyone for any reason. We will never display it
without their permission. Any and all resumes submitted to HTC Research Corp it's employees, subsidiaries and or affiliates will be entered in to the applicant tracking system and are considered the sole property of HTC Research Corp. All rights for ownership, distribution, licensing, sale and re-sale and marketing are conveyed from the candidate to HTC Research Corp. All resumes will be for the beneficial use of HTC Research and it's clients as HTC sees fit. HTC from time to time and at it's sole discretion may contact the candidate to discuss specific job openings with its clients. The final determination for hire shall be at the sole descretion of the client and the canddiate understands that HTC has no influence or control over the hiring process or decision at it's client.
Cookies
At HTC Research Corp, we do use cookies only for the protection
and convenience of our users. Currently, only our employees are
able to log in to our secure online Applicant Tracking System. Cookies
enable us to serve secure pages to their users without asking users
to login repeatedly. If a user's system is idle for more than an
hour, however, the cookie will expire, forcing the user to login
again to continue their session. This prevents unauthorized access
to the user's information while they are away from their computer.
Third-Party Cookies: In the course of serving advertisements to
this site, our third-party advertisers may place or recognize a
unique "cookie" on your browser.
Privacy Policy Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes
here so that you will always know what information we gather, how
we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to
